New Traffic Pattern at Eli Terry

Preparations for the construction of the new Eli Terry school have begun. Construction will be secure and separate from existing school operations, and will occur between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Effective April 8, 2019, the following traffic pattern changes will be implemented: 
Bullet  There will be no pedestrian or bike access to the school via the Graham Road crosswalk and path for the duration of the construction.

Walking and bike access will be prohibited along Griffin Road and the Griffin Road entrance.

Access to the school from the southwest via the pedestrian bridge will remain open.
Bullet
A temporary parking lot for faculty and staff has been paved along the northern side of the building. Traffic flow will be one way in and out of this area.

Morning student drop off will relocate to this area. Parents who drop off students will turn right as they enter the parking lot and be directed into a car only lane (buses will split to an adjacent lane to the left and discharge students as normal in front of the school).

Students are to be discharged ONLY along the side of the building.

Specialty transportation will load and unload students along the curb ahead of the current bus drop off in front of the school and enter and exit the building via the main entrance.
