News from Eli Terry

September 12, 2025

Dear Eli Terry Families,

We’ve just completed our first full week of school, and I couldn’t be more proud of our students and staff. Classrooms are alive with curiosity, collaboration, and a genuine excitement for learning. Students are settling into routines, building new friendships, and showing kindness and responsibility each day.

Our focus this year is on student's sense of belonging, high expectations for all learners, and high student engagement—and it has been wonderful to see those values already coming to life in our school community.

Thank you for your continued partnership and support. Together, we are building the foundation for a year filled with growth, connection, and success for every child.

With appreciation,

Mike & Kelley

From Our Health Office

We want to take a moment to remind families about head lice, which can occasionally appear in school settings. The best way to prevent the spread is through early detection and treatment.
See the fact sheet below for more information. We encourage families to check their child’s hair regularly and remind children not to share hats, hairbrushes, or other personal items. If you discover lice or have any questions, please reach out to our school nurses—we are here to help and provide guidance on next steps.

2025-26 Student/Family Directory

Each year the PTO coordinates a Student/Family Directory. This is OPTIONAL but, if you would like your child's address/phone number/e-mail included please fill out this Google Form

*NOTE: A separate form for each child in the family will need to be completed.

Teachers/Administrators/Staff are NOT allowed to give out this information so, this is a great way to be able to schedule play dates, birthday parties, etc.

This form will be available until October 3, 2025. At that time, the family directory will be put together and distributed electronically to all Eli Terry Families. It will then re-open again at the beginning of January 2026 and be re-published.

Any Questions? Please reach out to sweliterrypto@gmail.com. Thank you!
