Dear Eli Terry Families,
At Eli Terry, we know that regular school attendance plays an important role in supporting students’ learning, routines, and sense of belonging. We are grateful for the many families who make attendance a priority and partner with us to ensure students are present and engaged each day.
We also recognize that there has been a high level of illness circulating in our community, and we truly appreciate families being thoughtful and responsible when students are not feeling well. Keeping children home when they are sick helps protect everyone’s health, and we value that shared commitment to safety.
As we move forward, our goal is to work together to support students in returning to school as soon as they are healthy and able. Even missing just a few days can make it harder for children to stay connected to learning, friendships, and classroom routines, so consistent attendance—when students are well—makes a meaningful difference.
If your family is experiencing challenges that are impacting attendance, please know that we are here to help. We welcome conversations and partnerships to support students in every way possible.
Thank you for your continued collaboration, care, and commitment to our Eli Terry community.
Warm regards,
Mike & Kelley
