Dear Eli Terry Families,
Eli Terry School has much to celebrate as student attendance remains strong, with an impressive overall rate of 95.34%. This reflects the dedication of our students, families, and staff in prioritizing learning and showing up each day ready to engage.
Across all grade levels, attendance continues to shine, with cumulative rates at or above 95%, demonstrating a consistent, school-wide commitment to being present and involved. This positive trend highlights the strong sense of community and shared responsibility that defines Eli Terry.
While the school continues to monitor chronic absenteeism, 8.35% totaling 38 students, the overall progress and alignment with targets show that our efforts are making a meaningful difference. Through teamwork, communication, and support, we are ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed.
Thank you to our entire Eli Terry community for making attendance a priority. Your commitment is truly making an impact!
Mike & Kelley

We are looking forward to the beginning of a collaborative partnership between home and school in order to provide a successful transition for both your child and your family.

The South Windsor full-day kindergarten program is available to children who are residents of South Windsor and who are (or will be) age five (5) on or before September 1, 2026.  If your child’s birthday is after September 1, 2026, and you would like them considered for kindergarten this fall, you may fill out the pre-registration form and check the appropriate box and the principal will schedule an assessment to determine if admitting your child would be developmentally appropriate.
